Cleaning out a cupboard one day, I stumbled upon a rolled up piece of paper. On this paper was a charcoal portrait of my husband, sketched when he was only eight years old. The paper was slightly creased and yellowed so I had it restored and framed.
It hangs on the glass door to my quilting space and when people look at it they say, "What a beautiful drawing of William". William is my oldest son you looks the spitting image of my husband.

The likeness is remarkable. No wonder people think it is the same person. Thank you so much for being part of Tuesday Treasures and sharing your lovely boys.
